28year old mother of 3 who works in Daytona Beach at a bank. Comes in with complaints of back, shoulder and neck pain. She is interested in having her breasts reduced. She underwent bilateral Breast Reduction of >850grams bilaterally. She reported that her neck, back and shoulder pain was better "almost immediately". Her photos are from before and 8 weeks after.
